Common questions
Does the request commit me to pay?
No. The request is free. The booking is only confirmed after Imad replies and you agree on the plan, the date and the price. A deposit may be asked for some trips, such as multi-day treks and large groups.
How is the price set?
By trail, group size and the services you need (transport, food, accommodation). Imad sends you a clear offer before anything is confirmed.
I'm not sure about my level. What should I pick?
Write your level and the participants' ages in the notes, and Imad will suggest the right trail. The easy trails suit families and beginners.
What happens if the weather turns bad?
If conditions are dangerous, the hike is postponed or the trail changes, and Imad suggests a new date or another trail.
Why are groups limited to 12 people?
Because a small group is safer and more comfortable: Imad looks after every participant and sets the pace so everyone makes it. If you are more people, message him on WhatsApp to pick a different date for each group.
